  • Make sure your device is connected to the internet.
  • Whether you are using the iOS or Android app, please completely exit out of the application and relaunch it. (You can stay logged in).
  • If you are still experiencing issues, open up the chat modal to the bottom right of your screen and let us know about it! 

When reaching out to us with an issue, please screenshot the problem and let us know what part of the app this occurs on, as well as your device information.
