Can I pause my future monthly payments?

I'd like to put my account on hold!

Are you going on a trip or enjoying your summer break? Everyone needs a break once in a while! Monthly recurring subscribers may pause future monthly payments for up to 90 days from their current expiration date. 

All of your Playlists, Stats, Picmonics you’ve made with the Creator, and added facts will remain intact. 

To pause future monthly billing, head to your My Subscriptions Page and click “Pause My Subscription.” 

If you subscribed via the iOS app, pausing a monthly subscription is not an option. You can cancel your subscription at any time and avoid any future billing while you’re taking a break from your studies! 

Note: If you are on a fixed-length membership, you have paid for all Premium access upfront (and scored a super sweet deal by doing so). This means our system cannot pause any future payments, because you don’t have any!
