Picmonic subscriptions purchased through our website are 100% refundable by request within 7 days of the original purchase date. As communicated through the purchasing process, all subscriptions are non-refundable after 7 days, and will not be considered.
Auto-Renewing Subscriptions:
If you are within 7 days of the original purchase date and you purchased an auto-renewing subscription (annual, semesterly, or monthly), you can cancel your subscription within 7 days and self-initiate a refund through your account under your My Subscriptions page. Beyond 7 days of purchase, you can cancel future payments, but no refund option will be available.
You must cancel an auto-renewing subscription at least 1 day prior to the date an auto-renewal is set to process to avoid being charged, and refunds will not be provided on any auto-renewing subscriptions once the subscription renewal has processed. Renewal reminders containing a quick link to cancel will be sent to the email address your account is registered under one week prior to the payment being processed.
Non-Auto-Renewing Subscriptions:
If you are within 7 days of purchase and you purchased a subscription that is not set to auto-renew, please contact our support team to request a refund by emailing feedback@picmonic.com, using the contact us option on our website, or calling our support team at 866-475-4777 (option 2) between the hours of 9:00am-5:00pm EST, M-F.
Subscriptions Purchased through the iOS and Android Apps:
Picmonic mobile app subscriptions cannot be canceled and/or refunded by Picmonic, as they are handled by the Apple iTunes and Google Play Store systems.
