Picmonic subscriptions purchased through the Picmonic.com website are refundable within 7 days of purchase.If you are within 7 days of purchase, simply click here to login to your account and cancel your subscription. When canceling, you will be given the option to request a refund if you are within 7 days of billing. As noted during the purchasing process, all subscriptions are nonrefundable after 7 days.
Picmonic mobile app subscriptions are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE by Picmonic as they are handled by Apple iTunes and Google Play Store systems.
If you purchased via the Apple iOS or Google Play Store:
Unfortunately, due to Apple & Google’s terms & conditions, they do not let us modify subscriptions or process refund transactions through their systems.
iOS: Refunds for subscriptions purchased through the iOS app have to be requested through iTunes. You can follow this Apple guide: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084
