Here's a little more info on Picmonic’s refund policy.

Picmonic subscriptions purchased through the Picmonic.com website are 100% refundable within 7 days of purchase.

If you purchased an auto renewing subscription and are within 7 days of the initial purchase, or 7 days of the auto-renewal billing, simply click here to login to your account and cancel your subscription. When canceling, you will be given the option to request a refund.

If you purchased a subscription that is not auto-renewing, please reach out to feedback@picmonic.com to request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

As noted during the purchasing process, all subscriptions are nonrefundable after 7 days.

Picmonic mobile app subscriptions are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE by Picmonic as they are handled by Apple iTunes and Google Play Store systems.

If you purchased via the mobile app through the Apple iOS or Google Play Store and would like to receive a refund, please follow the steps outlined in the guides linked below:
