Below are specific instructions on how to request a refund from the Picmonic website,  iOS App Store and Android Google Play store

If you purchased via Picmonic.com:

If you cancel your subscription within 7 days of purchase,  you are eligible for a refund. To request one, please:

  1. CLICK HERE, login, and cancel your subscription.
  2. Reply to the receipt email you received and write that you have canceled your subscription and request a refund.

Once we receive and verify your request, we will initiate your refund. Depending on your bank, the transaction should credit back to your card within a few business days.

Refunds after the 7-day window are granted in extraordinary cases only. If you purchased a subscription more than 7 days ago and would like to request a refund outside the policy window, first CLICK HERE, login, and cancel your future payments, then you can fill out this refund request application. Refund applications are reviewed every 4-6 weeks. If your application for a refund is approved, you will be notified via email. If you do not hear back within 6 weeks, your application was not approved.

If you purchased via the Apple iOS or Google Play Store:

Unfortunately, due to Apple & Google’s terms & conditions, they do not let us modify subscriptions or process refund transactions through their systems.
