Picmonic subscriptions purchased through the Picmonic.com website are refundable within 7 days of purchase. If you are within 7 days of purchase, simply click here to login to your account and cancel your subscription. When canceling, you will be given the option to request a refund if you are within 7 days of billing. As noted during the purchasing process, all subscriptions are nonrefundable after 7 days.
Picmonic mobile app subscriptions are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE by Picmonic as they are handled by Apple iTunes and Google Play Store systems.

Unfortunately, due to Apple & Google’s terms & conditions, they do not let us modify subscriptions or process refund transactions through their systems.
