Don’t worry! The Picmonic Team is on the case! Here are a few things you can try to resolve this issue:

  • Make sure your device is connected to the internet.
  • On the computer & internet browser (preferably Chrome): try either refreshing your browser, relaunching it, or clearing your cache & cookies. Then load the site again.
  • On the mobile app: please completely exit out of the application and relaunch it. (You can stay logged in).
  • If you are still experiencing issues, open up the chat modal to the bottom right of your screen. Another option is emailing feedback@picmonic.com to let us know what is going on so we can help fix it ASAP! 

When reaching out to us with an issue, please screenshot the problem and let us know what part of the site/app this occurs on, as well as your device information.
