  • Make sure your device is connected to the internet.
  • On the computer & internet browser: try either refreshing your browser, relaunching it, or clearing your cache & cookies. Then load the site again.
  • On the mobile app: please completely exit out of the application and relaunch it. (You can stay logged in).
  • If you are still experiencing issues, open up the chat modal to the bottom right of your screen and let us know about it! 

When reaching out to us with an issue, please screenshot the problem and let us know what part of the site/app this occurs on, as well as your device information.
