Make sure your device is connected to the internet.
Whether you are using the iOS or Android app, please completely exit out of the application and relaunch it. (You can stay logged in).
If you are still experiencing issues, please click on the “...More” button on the bottom right-hand corner when logged into the Picmonic app. Next, click “Contact Support” to open the chat and start talking with our awesome customer service team!
Another option is emailing firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know what is going on so we can help fix it ASAP.
When reaching out to us with an issue, please screenshot the problem and let us know what part of the app this occurs on, as well as your device information.
