Technical issue with mobile app

Find out what to do if the app isn't working.

If you are experiencing an issue with the mobile app, below are a few things you can try to resolve this issue:

  • Make sure your device is connected to the internet.

  • Check if there are any app updates available

  • Whether you are using the iOS or Android app, please completely exit out of the application and relaunch it. (You can stay logged in).

If you are still experiencing trouble after following the steps above, please email us by clicking "..." in the bottom right corner of the app, and then clicking "Contact Support".

When reaching out to us with an issue, please screenshot the problem and let us know what part of the app this occurs on, as well as your device information.
