If you have a large group of learners on your dashboard and you would like to be able to filter by specific classes, you have the option to create classes and add specific learners to that class. To do so, select the “Class & Student Management” option at the top of your analytics dashboard.

To create a new class, select “Create Class”

A pop up box will appear. Input the Class Name, select the faculty who should have access to that class's data, and the dates for the class. Then select “continue”.

Next you will need to select the learners you would like to add to your new class. You can use the search bar or scroll through the list of learners and select the blue check box next to their name to select and then add them to the class. Once all learners have been selected, click “Save”.

Your new class will now be available on the Class and Student Management tab and you will be able to filter by this class on your analytics dashboard. If any changes to the class need to be made or if you need to delete the class, simply click the edit or delete icons from the class and student management page.

Select “Back to Educator Dashboard” to return to your main dashboard.
