When you first login to Picmonic.com, ensure you are in your Educator Dashboard by selecting the “Go to Educator Dashboard” button on the top right hand side of the screen. If you see “Go to Student Dashboard” displayed, you are already in the right place!

Once in the educator dashboard you will see your learner’s engagement data. You can filter your data by Class and by Time. You can also select a learner’s name to dig into their specific engagement data.

After selecting a specific learner’s name, a new pop up window will appear with the learner’s key engagement details. From here you can view the number of videos played, questions answered, attempts and quiz accuracy. To download the group’s data in an exportable format, select the “Download Students Progress” button.

You can also filter by subject by selecting “Subject”.

You can toggle between different learners by selecting the arrows at the top of your screen and you can close out of the individual learner engagement view by selecting the X on the top right corner of the screen.

Once back on the main dashboard, you can choose to view engagement by subject rather than by individual learner. Select “subject” to see the performance breakdown of the learners in your selected filters by subject. This is helpful to use when looking to identify strengths and weaknesses in various subject areas.
