To cancel a recurring subscription that was purchased through picmonic.com, click the profile circle in the upper right corner of your page, then click “My Account”. From the “Subscriptions” tab, to the right of your subscription, click “Cancel Future Payments”.

After canceling your future payments, you will receive an email confirmation that your future renewals have been successfully canceled.

You will retain full access to your subscription for the remainder of the time you paid for, but will not be billed again in the future for any additional time.

Please note, that in order to prevent being billed for a recurring subscription, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date. We are unable to issue any refunds for auto renewing subscriptions once a renewal has been processed.
