Monthly recurring subscribers may pause future monthly payments for up to 90 days from their current expiration date. When a subscription is paused, all Playlists, Stats, Self-Created Picmonics and added facts remain intact.

If you purchased a monthly recurring subscription option, you can pause your future monthly billing through your account by clicking the profile circle in the upper right corner of your page, clicking “My Account”, and then clicking the “My Subscriptions” tab. To the right of your subscription, you will see a button to “Pause Access”.

If you subscribed via the iOS app, pausing a monthly subscription is not an option, but you cancancel your subscription at any time to avoid future billing while taking a break from your studies.

Note: Semesterly and Annual Recurring subscriptions, as well as fixed-length memberships cannot be paused.
