Picmonic participated in an IRB-approved research study. The randomized, controlled study compared the Picmonic Learning System to text-based material (like textbooks and lecture notes) and found that students improved by 331% in long-term memory retention. These findings are also published in a downloadable white paper that also explains the science behind the use of visual mnemonics for learning.
