For Mac users, the default setting for scrollbar visibility is generally set to show only when you start to scroll on the screen. Did you know that there are preferences to make it stay on always? 

To adjust your settings:

Set your scrollbars to "Always" and voila! You're on track to click and drag that scrollbar up and down our Browse and Search panels, (and other websites I guess) to your heart's content.
